From initial planning and site preparation through to installation, fit-out and completion, we take a proactive and responsible approach to managing risk. Every project is carefully assessed, with clear working procedures established before work begins.
Our approach includes:
- Project-specific risk assessments and method statements
- Site inductions, briefings and regular toolbox talks
- Competent, trained and appropriately qualified personnel
- The correct selection and use of tools, equipment and PPE
- Ongoing monitoring of working practices and site conditions
- Open reporting of hazards, near misses and safety concerns
- Close coordination with clients, principal contractors and other trades
